Upper Body Workout (CLICK ON READ POST AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST TO SEE IT CORRECTLY) I am finally getting around to another workout post and today I am focusing on the upper body. I am using 8 pound weights with a bunch of these workouts below, but I should most definitely be using 10 pounds by now, I just don't have those at home yet. It's super important to remember your upper body when working out and not just skipping this all the time, like I used to haha! I used to be a legs, butt, and cardio girl only, but now I see the value of working that upper body too!
