My favorite pencil skirts in my closet is the No. 2 pencil skirt in double serge cotton. Many colors are currently on sale plus 30% off online through Thursday, but check stores for a better price. It is unlined, but the cotton is sturdy enough to render a lining unnecessary. The skirt is prone to wrinkle, but I move around a lot and the wrinkle factor is to be expected. The colors that are currently being offered are beautiful and easy to mix and match with. My favorite color right now is citron.
