Boy Colors
Blue and brown, paired together, make me think of boys. It’s such a masculine color combination. Shirt, Banana Republic (thrifted and altered). Dress, Diane von Furstenberg (consignment). Shoes, Enzo Angiolini. Sunglasses, Giselle. Bag, Aldo. The association probably comes from baby and child clothing, which tend to be very gendered. One of my favorite boys, fur-baby Jackson, always wears brown and blue (eyes).
