Yesterday I tried to go to hot yoga in the morning but I couldn’t get in because the class was at capacity. I guess everyone in the city had the same idea as me. It all worked out in the end because I decided to try swimming lengths at the pool with my mom instead. I am surprised how good of a work out swimming is and how sore my muscles are today; I am pretty sure I used muscles that I didn’t even know existed.
