This is a utility vest. It’s called a utility vest because it’s useful. You can put all kinds of things in the pockets. Fishing tackle. Small hand tools. Paint brushes. Extra bullets. Film for your really old camera. Cat treats. Human treats. An extra utility vest folded up really small.
See? So useful. Personally, I find utility vests most useful for looking cool juxtaposed with a lace tee or a girly dress . To each her own I suppose.
