Pumpkin prep Hi guys! How is your October so far? Mine is pretty darn awesome. I've been in such a great mood! I finished my 21 day Slimdown Challenge, which was definitely a challenge these last few weeks. Learning how to eat clean and work out 5x a week maybe wasn't the easiest thing to do right before the wedding, but I'm really glad I did it! I lost 5 pounds, and 2 inches off my waist. Not bad! But honestly the bigger benefits were having a ton more energy and feeling more confident. All in all, I'm glad I did the challenge, but I think after the honeymoon, I'll go back to my normal routine and try to eat more balanced using some of the things I learned during the challenge. ...
