Blue and White
Of the various diffusion lines JC Penney carries, I think MNG by Mango is my favorite. The pieces typically have a higher price point, but this blue and white print top stood out the most to me, and best of all, it was on the clearance rack for only $24. There was also a sheath dress in the same print that I fell in love with as well, and was quite torn as to whether I should get the dress or the blouse. I ultimately went with the blouse because it was less expensive and had more potential for remixing. As you can see, the wind was unrelenting in it's desire to make my hair go crazy.
