Guidelines
Black and blue is one of my favorite combinations. When I was younger I thought it was "against the rules" so I didn't really begin mixing these shades until I was in college and didn't care about "the rules" anymore. I guess there really are no more fashion rules. It seems more like guidelines than anything. Wear things that make you feel pretty. Wear things that make your body look nice. If you like it, wear it!
