Meant To Be
Chicwish skirt / Express blouse / F21 jacket I only got to wear this blue jacket once before it got too hot to wear it, and I forgot about it until I was packing for Colombia and got to pull out my cold weather wardrobe. I got so excited when I saw it. How could I not? It's bright blue! I remembered how much I liked it when I got it. And even more so because I got it while running through the mall (which I rarely go to the mall) and saw it on a mannequin at Forever 21. I ran in looking for it, and they gave it to me off the mannequin which they also rarely do. Twas meant to be ;)
