A stylish Lollapalooza outing
Pictures by Alison L. I could call myself a music festival junkie this summer. I went to Montreux Jazz, Paléo in Nyon (Switzerland), LoveBox in London, Pukkelpop in Kiwiet (Belgium), and last week to Lollapalooza in Berlin. For the outdoor events, you need to dress right for the place and weather, like for a day-long outing. The grounds may be a huge dirt field. The afternoons are usually hot while evenings can get chilly. But going back for a change of clothes is not a practical option. My trick, especially on the first day, is to go for layering with comfortable and versatile passe-partout pieces. And in style, s’il vous plait! ...
