I never fancied myself a nature photographer, but when you’re somewhere so beautiful and unique, you can’t help but want to take pictures of EVERYTHING. This little beach is part of Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, Louisiana. The body of water behind me is Lake Pontchartrain, and if you squint at the horizon, you’ll see the Causeway bridge which goes from the Northshore to the Southshore and onward to New Orleans.
