It must be the endless buffets and the plentiful vintage, because it's definitely not the gambling (I lost $2 playing Kitty Glitter and that was the extent of my gambling career). This dress was much too Fancy Fine for Reno but it seemed like the perfect "summer vacation dress" in my mind.
