Pictures by Inès Monnet There are many places in Lausanne for good coffee and breakfast. However, I had one of my best pancakes in a recently opened Black Bird Cafe . It reminds me of a café I stumbled into in Amsterdam. The charming interior with re-modernized vintage furniture is bathed in natural light, making it also a pleasant place to hang around or work on your laptop. I have only been here several times to try their different coffees and pancakes. However I hear only positive feedback of the other really FILLING breakfast and snacks. That makes me want to work up my appetite and come back to discover more of their menu. ...
