Have you ever wished for an imaginary dress to exist... only to have your wish come true?? This was the first time that's ever happened to me – with the kooky novelty print of my dreams! I had been hoping to find a popcorn dress for a while now, and when this one showed up on ModCloth, I had to get it immediately.
