Training
Part of my job description includes training.Every time a new product is launched I beginmy "training tour". Burgundy and black dress Nicole by Nicole Miller - Black suede shoes Moleca - Roberto Cavalli black bag During the training we go over the company history, regular lines of products and then the launches.It usually takes about two hours and these are totally draining.You are in front of an audience, you have to maintain their attention, you have to stay focused andat the end be able to measure how much they have learned. Today was the first of many more to come.I had a group of 20 ladies, so it was a good start.Training season has officially begun !
