Hey, y'all! Hope you had a wonderful and relaxing weekend! We didn't make a hiking trip this time, because B had to work all weekend (from home), but we did enjoy our time together and just catching up. I grilled some amazing turkey burgers topped with guacamole, lettuce, red onions and roma tomatoes and wrapped in romaine lettuce. Talk about tasty! Homemade guacamole has become something I make regularly to go along with burgers, wraps, or for eating with fresh veggies.
