Pssst… Target made this post possible, but it’s all my opinions and words! (Stay tuned for outfit details on the next post!) I used my personal experience and took up the challenge of creating an ultimate Survival Kit (or goodie bag, as I’d like to call it) for a friend going back to college next month.
