Cold Conference Rooms
Standing in my hot Sacramento bedroom (it gets the afternoon sun), packing for a trip to almost-as-hot Las Vegas, I had a hard time imagining needing a jacket. I’m glad I was able to recall the chilly conference rooms of the past and packed a scarf and blazer. This all-silk ensemble was no match for arctic air conditioning. Shirt, BCBG Max Azria. Pants, Polo Ralph Lauren. Shoes, Nine West. Earrings, Epcot Mexico. Bag, Aldo. Alcohol also does a good job of warding off the artificial chill.
