Living in "Track Town USA" is a big motivation to get off my bum and head on over to the gym. Over the years I've learned that a trip to the gym will never be regretted! And it's so true. Even when I don't have a lot of time and can only pop in for 45 minutes, it definitely feels better than nothing!
