Career Reinvention: Next Step...HOPE and a Fun Outfit!
If I look like I am smiling a little bigger here, it is only because I am feeling much better as I progress down the road toward a career reinvention.
The first month was more of a surprise...I did not expect to walk through the sadness and grief I felt at leaving my teaching position after 16 years. But, I definitely experienced grief. Once I recognized it and allowed myself to feel those emotions...I was able to move forward.
The next flood of emotions included anxiety and fear of the loss of my regular paycheck. I have relied on the first and fifteenth of the month for so long, it would be an adjustment if suddenly that...
