I've played soccer since I was 8 years old, ran track in middle school, and played tennis all throughout high school, so it's safe to say that fitness has always been an important aspect of my life. Over the years, I've encouraged my family to start eating healthier and incorporating exercise into their busy lives. I'm a firm believer that surrounding yourself with people with similar habits is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
