I'm not 100% sure what the hottest day of my trip was, but on our one day in Washington DC we walked KINDA FAR in 33 or 34 degree blistering sunshine and (not to be overdramatic) it was probably a near death experience for me. In case you were wondering, I am still blindingly pale. DC was the shortest stop on mine and Toni's holiday (we had one evening and one full day) and so we crammed as much of the tourist stuff into that time as we could. I...
