Good evening my petit chou-fleurs! I come to you for TARDIS Tuesday on a very hot day! Lots of Doctor Who cosplay outfits involve a lot of clothing, not so suitable to summer unless I'm doing the TARDIS blue thang. So today, I am doing a bit of lateral thinking with my TARDIS Tuesday outfit!
