Sometimes when everything suddenly goes wrong at once, the only thing you can do is laugh and turn on The Fight Song. Which is exactly where I was at after a series of unfortunate events ensued, sledgehammering my best-laid plans for a bridal shower I helped host on Sunday afternoon. It was tea party themed. The climax of the fiasco took place when I arrived at the shower destination only to realize I left the 25 teacups and saucers I'd just picked up at home 30 minutes away, with no time to go back and get them before the shower started 20 minutes later.
