I’ve been receiving a lot of questions lately about my workout routines, so I thought I would go ahead and do a ‘fitness’ inspired post today. I’ll try to cover everything, but if I forget anything, just let me know in the comments below!
In general, I try to work out at least 5-6 times a week {sometimes I just take the weekend off–it all depends on how I feel}. I do most workouts on my own, because my schedule is a bit weird and hectic this summer. I get some of my workouts from Kayla...
