This dress has got me feeling all half like I should be going to Woodstock and half Game of Thrones. It basically makes me feel like a Queen when I wear it. Who doesn't love a built in cape? More dresses should come with a cape attached if you ask me.
The fringing can be optional however, as I did have a run in with a thorn bush when trying to twirl around in it,...
