How to Wear a Top Over a Dress
Playing off the all-white outfit theme like my last outfit post featuring a casual white dress and white converse sneakers, this all white outfit is a bit dressier and has a very lady-like look to it. I had a simple white dress that I wanted to spruce up, so I layered a textured peplum top over it.
