So what do you do when you have a super cute mini dress, but can't get away with baring your legs? Whether it's due to weather or the need to look professional at work there is still hope for that mini. We all know I'm a big fan of wearing a dress as a top by throwing a longer skirt on top and belting it, but you can do the same thing with pants!
