It's no secret I like polka dots. Or that Kelly Green is probably my favorite color (it's so difficult to narrow it down to just one!). However, you probably didn't know I love to pair this bright green with shades of red. It just makes me happy! I know everyone associates red and green with Christmas and tend to shy away from this color combination. I find that in small doses it works wonderfully together and doesn't come across as yuletide at all. Initially I planned on wearing my bright red Mary Janes with this look, but had to make a last minute substitution when one of them was nowhere to be found. Oh well, these candy apple red ones work well, too. ...
