Down to the beach I spent most of the my free time lying by the pool, napping, and yes taking some pictures for my blog. Lately, I am struggling a lot with the work life balance . I didn't get enough sleep and feel stressed out due to the work load. Therefore, I ate a lot of sweets and junk food as a way to relieve stress and end up feeling bad about it since I've gained 3 kg with 2 weeks! So next month, I will try to convince myself to give up on sweet desserts and workout more in order to have a healthier lifestyle. Guess I need to get back on track and go to gym or hula hooping in my bed room for an hour or 2 at least 3 times a week to stay fit and firm. Wore this ...
