What is it about bold stripes that evoke the French?First day back at work in the new capsule, so have to bust out the dressy wear:The top is new-to-me - I bought it in early March for $16.98 on consignment. It's "Finnegans by Truworth" and is apparently a Namibian company (!). How the heck this ended up in Victoria is beyond me. However, I love the fit and quality of the top. Yay for stripes!The skirt is one I've had for two years; I got it in a thrift store for $12 back in May 2010. I last wore it here, 3rd outfit (it's been packed away for summer).The shoes are classics. They're Guess and I got them at The Bay in 2009 for around $49. They're still in really good...
