dotty, springtime pattern mixing, and pinkness

I already have the black, pocketless version of this dress , so ordering its patterned cousin was pretty low risk. The crispness of the print is a little muddy (it looks like it was stamped, not woven) but I'm still on board. 2. Do these count as patterned shoes? If so, is this pattern mixing then? 3. My big, pink, eastertastic tote arrived! The pinkness is perfectly subtle , so I can still stick with my neutrals-ish shopping policy.
