Soma Bay Part 2
Picking up where we left off at the end of my first Soma Bay diary , the morning after our epic asian feast at the Kempinki’s Bamboo Shoot restaurant dawned sunny and bright (duh, Egypt) and phenomenally windy. The peninsula is a kite surfing hot spot, with countless watersports fanatics flocking to The Breakers Diving & Surfing Lodge en masse throughout the year thanks, in part, to the potential wind factor. Luckily it wasn’t windy throughout our trip, that would have caused hair nightmares when were shooting and, priorities, but damn, that morning the palm trees were getting ruffled!
