Paralegal Career Dressing: Kicking Derrieres & Taking Names
Those of you that work for attorneys know what you have to do at work in order to get a few days off, and it ain't pretty. But derrieres sounds much more, er, professional and fancy than the actual slang, and I don't want y'all to think I don't love my job.
I do, but I sure wish the Paralegal Fairy would visit when I'm away from the office. It took me four hours this morning to answer emails and return calls, and that was just from being out of the office on Friday. Then we had a two-hour team meeting, and then I had two hours left to do a week's worth of work. I need a candy bar.
I am dead tired, but not too tired to be excited about my Adventure, which starts now,...
