Denim on Denim With a Side of Plaid
A couple weeks ago I had my best friend in town to visit me. She lives in California so I get to see her about once a year due to schedules, her schooling, money, etc. So when I get a chance to see her any other time than just at Christmas I get super excited. In a way, with a long distance friendship is like a blind date when you see them again. You text the person, you share photos of your life but you don't interact for a long time face-to-face. When I went to surprise her at the airport I was a little nervous. Sure, we've been friends since we were kids but what if we kind of suck in real life and are better friends via text?
