Parachute
It isn’t very vegan of me, but I love silk. I find its history fascinating - especially the story of items that were once made from silk and now from nylon: stockings, umbrellas, and parachutes. How luxurious would it be to fall from the sky suspended by a canopy of silk? I suppose the word would be “terrifying” not “luxurious,” but silk still holds a special allure for me. Jacket, Mossimo. Dress, Ella Moss. Boots, Steve Madden. Sunglasses, Meow Meow. Earrings, Francesca’s Collections. Bag, Clark’s. Jasper’s new toy is made from Bionic Rubber, not nylon or silk, and he is obsessed.
