Photos had to be pushed forward yesterday on account of my having a therapy appointment after work. So, lunchtime mirror pictures! What a treat!
For the record, the appointment went well and afterwards I got to eat a burrito. I feel continually lucky to have found a therapist who works for me; together, we’re making headway.
My homework this week is to think before I speak, and say what I actually mean instead of what I think people want to hear. To practice, this...
