Fashion Over Fifty: Winterizing a Warm Weather Piece
Hello! My daughter brought home this cute spring/summer skirt for me to try on when she was visiting over the holidays. Because it is a thinner material meant for warmer weather, I had to 'winterize' it! I did this by combining it with a sweater, tights, and boots. It works because of the dark colors in the skirt. The fabric may be for spring/summer, but the colors scream fall/winter! I wore a silver sequin tank from Express (old) underneath my eggplant cardigan from Sears .
