Who Wears Short Shorts?
I wear short shorts!
What I Wore:
Shoes: Old Navy - $12 (with a little DIY touch of my own!*)
Necklace: Forever21 - gift
Shorts(and belt): Target - $12
Shirt: Target - $20
rhinestone bow earrings: Forever21 - $3
*before I talk about my outfit, I took some plain tan shoes from Old Navy, used painter's tape and covered the tip with white nail polish. I used about three coats of white to make sure it wouldn't be streaky, then I covered the white polish with China Glaze in "Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" (~$5).
