Over the knee
This winter (Last winter? Eh. Still feels like winter.) I had two pairs of boots I wanted to add to my closet. The first was a pair of black booties, and the second was a pair of grey over the knee boots. I was lusting after the gorgeous pairs by Stuart Weitzman and Gianvito Rossi , but they are so ridiculous over my budget it wasn't even worth considering as a splurge. Determined to find the perfect less expensive alternative, I began my hunt. The first was a Dolce Vita pair, which were super comfortable and quite beautiful, but not really over the knee boots, they came up a bit short and I didn't like how the suede bunched under my knee.
