Yesterday we wrapped up our biggest deadline of the year at work. Needless-to-say, I've been a little overwhelmed and exhausted recently. Lots of work and lots of sleep seem to be mutually exclusive options. Two weeks ago, M took the boys out of town for a weekend and left me at home in his dust. While I don't want to always be "left behind," I'll take that kind of dust on occasion no questions asked. A couple of days at home in peace and quiet were lovely.
