This time I decided I wanted it to be as 90's prom as possible! Unfortunately I was missing a lot of plastic flowers and weird greek-looking columns with ballon arches attached to them, however I did find this super cool tie-dye velvet fabric which I felt was the epitome of late 90's/ early 2000's dreamy cloud style prom backdrops, like the type which couples always have their photos taken in front of!...
