DIY Chartreuse Pencil Skirt
Hello lovelies! Today I’m wearing a diy chartreuse pencil skirt I made using this bold and bright stretch linen blend fabric I picked up from my local Fabric Mart over a year ago. I’ve been trying to do a lot more sewing and utilizing and utilize the fabric I already have before I go out and purchase more. Its kind of like shopping your closet, but in this case it is shopping my fabric closet.
