For all of you still dealing with snow, I'm so sorry. I realized today that there are tulips and a million other things blooming in my yard. Spring has sprung! Time to clean out that bolting kale in the garden boxes behind me and get the new seeds planted for spring. This year we're doing a lot of what we loved last year: more kale, carrots, zucchini, beets, and lettuce, and less radishes. Man, radishes grow like crazy here, but I get tired of them so fast. There's only so much you can do with a radish. We have three garden boxes out front - each one 8'x4' and can hold about 30 plants if done right.
