Outfit of the Day | Striped Dress and a Trench Coat
Spring came and teased us a little over the last couple of days. I was already flirting with the rising temps by wearing open toe shoes with a leather jacket , but on Sunday I had the chance to wear this fun striped number from Nicole Miller.
I also felt like I had to wear some sort of light-weight jacket. Usually I reach for one of my trusty jean jackets, but this time I wanted something a little less casual. I thrifted this London Fog trench and had my trusty seamstress (Hi, Mom!!) hem it up a few inches. That tiny bit of altering turned it into the perfect piece of springtime outerwear!
