Styling My Window Pane Check Coat Another Way | With Yellow, Black and Taupe
So after debuting the window pane check duster coat* with florals the other day, I was absolutely desperate to wear it again...! Luckily we had some milder weather at the weekend so I didn't have to wait too long (impatient, much?) A walk along the river on the way to the locals shops was the perfect opportunity to keep it casual but not too sloppy: a yellow sweatshirt, jeans and boots was all it really needed. I still had my hair in plaits thanks to the Heidi hairdo I was sporting the day before (it soooo should be called the "Heidi Do") and although I'm very anti age-appropriate anything, there is something very schoolgirly about two plaits down each...
