hi everyone! i’m back from florida & SOOOOOOO excited to finally be able to share with you the big project i had alluded to on instagram & twitter . like EVERYONE else who saw the burberry fall 2014 runway show , i fell in love with the monogrammed colorblocked blanket wraps! unfortunately, a quick glance at the almost $1400 price tag (plus $300 for adding your initials ) & a cursory search of the cheap & sad knockoffs on ebay, there was really only one option for me. KNIT IT MYSELF! i started back around thanksgiving & with some time off from being sick and the almost endless snow days we’ve had here in the boston area...
