Visible Monday # 149: My Coat Of Many Colors

Neutrals again today, but covered with the most colorful coat in my closet. I'm wearing a thrifted multi-media tee ( similar ) over my beloved Old Navy tulle skirt ( sim ). A silver leaf pendant and stone bracelet ( sim ) add some twinkle. And my brag-about Donald J. Pliner boots (NYC thrift shop, $20, OK shut up now Patti ).
