A couple weekends ago, a friend and I packed up the car and took a drive down to Portland. It was actually a last-minute trip where we only prepped a very loose agenda and planned to pick up pit stops along the way. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s the fact that I’m an incessant planner.
