core Had my core training today and it was really really exhausting but so good at the same time! I'm currently working on my lower abs and abdominal obliques and I can tell you, those excersises I do burn as heck. But #nopainnogain, right?! In the morning and after my workouts I like drinking protein shakes. Current favourite flavours are definitely raspberry and coco crisp by Egg. Before morning Cardio or HIIT training I use to take some BCAA which are just essential aminos you need for recovery, muscle building and strength.
